Ingredients
1 turkey leg or 2 chichken legs
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 carrot
1 leek
1 celery branch
4 litres (16 cups) of cold water, about

Preparation

Fill a big stockpot with water, add all ingredients and a tablespoon of olive oil. Bring to broil. Set heat to medium/low, cover and leave it for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours, take the ingredients out of the stockpot; filter if necessary, your broth is ready!
