¼ cup of unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
½ cup of water
3 tbs. of cream 35%
About ¼ de cup of Balsamumm original or bianco

Preparation

In a medium pan, add sugar with ½ cup water. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.

Tip Use brown or coco sugar for a healthier result.
