Preparation
Preheat oven at 350˚F.
Cut cherry tomatoes in two and place on one or two tray, depending on the size of the tray. Mince garlic and add to tomatoes. Mince oregano and add to tomatoes. Add about 1/2 cup of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in oven about 45 minutes or depending on the force of oven. Remove from oven and voilà! You have a roasted cherry tomato sauce.
To make an unctuous roasted cherry sauce add desired quantity of roasted cherry tomatoes to your mixer. Mix until smooth texture, your roasted unctuous cherry tomato sauce is ready.
