D&A style grilled salmon
D&A style grilled salmon
DNA or D&A stands for Diandra and Angelica, John's daughters. They are mixing our olive oil with our Balsamumm to create a fast dressing or marinade for fish, chicken, meat dishes or simply dip your bread. Diandra and Angelica use it all the time. Here is a healthy, simple and fast recipe idea with this blend, which can be prepared also on the BBQ.

Preparation
Preheat the oven at 400˚F.
Slice tomato in quarters and place in a serving dish.
Roughly cut avocado, add to tomatoes. Thinly slice onions, add to tomato and avocado salad and drizzle with some lemon juice, so the avocado doesn’t get dark.
Heat some olive oil in an oven frying pan over high heat and seared the salmon paves, skin down for 1 minute. Transfer the pan in the oven and cook at 400˚F for 15 to 20 minutes or depending on desired cooking.
When ready, take the salmon out of the oven, place on tomato, avocado and onion salad, drizzle with Balsamumm, salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
