Panettone French toaste
John's niece, Anne-Sophie love to eat and she really enjoy her oncle's cooking. To thank him, she decided to prepare her favorite breakfast just for us, French toast made with panettone!

1 panettone (the dryer the better) |

3 eggs |
2-cup of milk |
1-cup of grilled grind almond |
1-cup grilled sesame |
1-cup chia seed (Salvia hispanica) |
3-cups of your favorite fruits |
Raspberry, original, pear Balsamumm |
Butter for cooking |
Maple syrup to taste |
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 450˚F.
In a bowl, add almonds, sesames and chia seeds and mix well.
In another bowl, break the eggs, add the milk, ¼ cup of maple syrup and mix well with a whisk .
Cut the panettone in thick pieces. Take the first piece of bread and dip it in the liquid mix, then place in the solid mixture and coat it well. Repeat withh all slices, set aside.
Take a big pan and melt some butter on medium to high heat. As soon as the butter fizzle, add delicately the pieces of bread, Be careful not to break it, the bread will be hard to handle. Cook on both side until lightly golden brown.
Transfer the bread on a baking plate or put your pan in the oven at 450˚F for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with your favorite fruits and Maple Syrup and a dash of Raspberry Balsamumm (facultative).
