5 whole cardamom |

Preparation
Prepare homemade almond milk (view recipe).
Remove cardamom seeds from their pod and grind cardamom seeds with a mortar.
Transfer almond milk (view recipe) in a bowl, add ground cardamom seeds and chia seeds. Mix well with a whisk. Wait 2 minutes, and then mix again. Repeat the operation until seeds swells and mixture takes a texture similar to tapioca.
Transfer in 4 porcelain or glass containers (of 1 cup) and refrigerate 35 minutes or overnight.
Serve with fruits, nuts, caramelized ginger... and enjoy!
