Classic tomato sauce
This sauce can be served with meat dish, your meatballs, your favourite pasta and can also be use to make your pizzas. Add a gourmet touch to this sauce with some sundried tomatoes, olives or hot peppers to make a nice “arrabiata” sauce.

2 can or jar (560geach) of peeled Italian |

2 garlic cloves |
1 thyme and parsley bouquet |
1 onions |
2 carrots |
1 celery branch |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
In a pan, heat some olive oil on medium-high heat.
Smack the garlic and cut the onion, carrots and celeries in two.
Make a bouquet with thyme and parsley.
Add the garlic in the pan, cook until golden brown, than take it out from the pan.
Add the tomatoes and bouquet. Add the celery, carrot and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, lower the heat to low. Cover and leave it for about 1h30.
When ready, mix well with a whisk or with a mixer to homogenize the sauce.
