Garlic, olive oil and herb sauce
This easy and fast recipe is very adaptable; you can vary the fresh herb by cilantro, rosemary, oregano or chive. If you are making a pasta dish, add your pasta directly in the pan with the sauce, mix well and serve. You can add sautéed shrimps, black olives, pine nuts, arugula, spinach, mushrooms or any other ingredients you have. Use your appetite and imagination, create your own pasta dish!

1 to 2 garlic cloves |
2 to 3 Fresh parsley and basil branches or other |
Whole fresh red hot peppers, to your taste |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
Minced garlic cloves with fresh parsley, basil and fresh red hot pepper.
In a pan, heat ¼ cup of olive oil over medium add fresh parsley-garlic-hot pepper mixture, cook about one minute.
If you are making pasta, drain and add directly in the pan with the sauce, mix well and serve.
Spread on fresh baguette, add shredded cheese, heat in oven and serve hot.
Slice the top of a bread loaf to make a checkerboard pattern add the garlic sauce with shredded cheese, heat in oven and serve hot.
