Homemade herb breadcrumbs
To prepare breadcrumb, we usually use old dry bread, passed through the food processor with spices. In this recipe, we use fresh bread, once passed in the robot with garlic and fresh herbs, the breadcrumb is transfer in the oven and roast until golden. This technique brings flavors and aromas to the breadcrumb.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375˚F. Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, process until crumbled.
Place breadcrumbs on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool and keep in the fridge.
