Sage butter
Prepare your flavored butter with any herb you like. You van make this recipe only with the lemon zests to make a lemon butter or use basil or cilantro. Use your imagination!

7 big sage leaves |

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 lemon zest |
125 g of butter |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
In a pan melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat, add the lemon zest, sage leaves salt and pepper to taste and fry for a couple of 3 to 5 minutes.
When all the butter has melted, it is ready!
Just serve it with your favourite fresh pasta and enjoy!

You can freeze your aromatic butter for 3 months.
