Salted Caramel sauce

2 cups sugar |

12 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut in small cubes |
1 cup 35% cream |
1 tbsp. fleur de sel |
Preparation
Add sugar evenly to bottom of a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until the sugar turns brown.
Add butter, let melt.
Remove from heat, add cream and mix well.
Transfer to glass jars.
