1 ripe banana |
1/3 cup of soy, almond or rice milk |
Juice of ½ lemon |
2 to 4 tablespoon of cold pressed flax oil. Can be replaced by nut, wheat germ, of rapeseed cold pressed oil |
Oilseeds / nuts to your liking |
1 to 2 tablespoon sliced or crushed almonds, raw |
1 to 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, raw |
1 to 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds, raw |
1 to tablespoon Sacha inchi, macadamia or other nuts, raw |
1 to 2 tablespoon of golden flax seeds or other, raw |

3 tablespoons of your favourite organic whole raw cereals |

2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds |

Preparation
In a bowl, add the banana and soymilk or other mashed into a purée with a fork.
Add the flax oil and mix vigorously to emulsify. We must not see traces of oil. Add lemon juice and mix again.
Add cereals, mix and divide into two serving plates.
Add oilseeds and nuts, ffruits and garnish with a mint leaf (facultative).
Serve and enjoy!
