About ¼ Cup of Balsamumm |
2 tablespoon of unsalted butter |
2 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter |
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon |
Fresh mint for decoration |

Preparation
Preheat oven at 350˚F.
Peel apples and cut in small cubes. In a medium pan, cook apples with butter over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add sugar and mix well. Deglaze with ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar and cook 5 minutes. Add cinnamon; mix well remove from heat, set aside.
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in the microwave and usu to brush brick pastry sheets and oven pan. Place apple mixture in the center of brick sheets. Reassemble the edges of the brick pastry sheets and gently turn to form the purses. Fix with a toothpick.
Places purses in the oven pan and cook at 350˚F about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add a drizzle of Balsamumm on your service plate and gently add purses on top, remove toothpick.
Serve with fresh mint, enjoy!
