Blueberries and Balsamumm Clafoutis
Clafoutis is a cake traditionally composed of cherries, completely covered with a flan (eggs, sugar and cream mixture). Our Clafoutis is prepare with blueberries and we replaced sugar with Balsamumm and add frayed almonds. Extremely easy to prepare and simply delicious.

1/2 cup (125 mL) Balsamumm Bianco |
1/4 cup (40 g) sifted flour |
1/2 cup (50 g) of almond powder |
450 ml of cream 15% |
450 g fresh blueberries |
knobs of butter |

1 pinch of salt |
1 large pie plate 28 cm in diameter |
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F). In a bowl, break eggs. Add Balsamumm, whisk till combine Add flour, almond powder, salt and cream, little by little and always whipping. Let rest 15 minutes.
Butter pie plate then spread a little sugar and shake it to distribute. Spread blueberries at the bottom of pie plate.
Pour dough mixture gently on the blueberries. Add almonds on top and sprinkle with small knobs of butter. Bake 30 minutes. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes before serving, drizzled with a Balsamumm and enjoy.
