2 ripe avocados |

¼ cup of dark chocolate chunks |
¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder |
2 tbsp. on honey |
2 tbsp. on maple syrup |
2 tbsp. of almond milk |
1 tbsp. of Amarula (can be replace by Kahlua) |
¼ tsp. of pink Himalayan salt (you can use sea salt too) |
Chopped hazelnuts and raspberries for garnish |

Preparation
If you do not have a double boiler, in a small saucepan, add a little water (about 2 inches from the bottom) and bring to a boil. Place a small stovetop-safe bowl inside the pot and turn your heat down to low. Add the dark chocolate chunks to the bowl and whisk, leave until completely melted.
While the chocolate is melting, extract flesh from avocados. Add avocados, cacao powder and almond milk to your food processor, maple syrup, honey and Amarula. Followed by your melted chocolate. Process until silky smooth.
Pour your mouse in a bowl and place in the fridge for a few hours or even overnight.
When ready to serve, add your favourite fruits and hazelnuts garnishes and drizzle with Balsamumm… ENJOY!
