Quinoa, dark chocolate peanut butter bars
Julie likes to eat well; she tries her best not to binge in between meals. She always keeps in her fridge some quinoa bars in case of a sweet temptation attack!

½ cup of naturel, unsalted peanut butter |

1 cup de of puffed quinoa |
100g of dark chocolate |
2 tablespoons of brown or coco sugar |
1 teaspoon of vanilla |
1 tablespoon of unsalted, crushed peanuts |
Preparation
In a big bowl, mix the quinoa and peanuts.
In the microwave, soften peanut butter 30 seconds to a minute and add to mixture with vanilla and mix well.
Using parchment paper, covers the bottom of an 8 by 8 inches pan. Add mixture and using a spoon (that you soaked in water) compress the mixture.
In a bain-marie, melt chocolate.
When completely melted, add chocolate on top of preparation ans spread with a spatula. Place in freezer about 15 to 20 minutes.
Take out of freezer. With a knife, remove excess of chocolate and cut in desired size bars.
Keep in the refrigerator.
