Ahi Tuna Burger
In this recipe, Ahi tuna is seasoned with fresh basil, mint, parsley and lemon zest. Our burger is garnished with avocado, tomato and finely sliced onions, totally divine!

6oz Ahi Tuna |
leaves of 2 sprigs of mint, minced |
1 chopped green shallot |
4 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced |
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 lemon rind, minced |
For garnish |
1 slice of avocado |
1 slice of tomato |
Handful lettuce leaves |
A few thinly sliced onions |
Bread for 1 burger |
Olive oil for cooking |
Preparation
For patty, cut tuna into small cubes. Transfer tuna cubes to a bowl with remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape your patty. Cook in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil or on the grill 2 minutes on each side or according to desired cooking. Garnish burger according to your taste, serve and enjoy!
