Pork chops stuffed with apple, topped with melted cheddar cheese and Balsamumm
Prefect summer BBQ recipe! Pork chops are stuffed with granny Smith apples, cooked in a cast iron pan but you can grill them on the BBQ if you prefer. Topped with cheddar cheese and drizzled with Balsamumm, a sweet-savory taste that will satisfy everyone.

2 x 250g Pork Chops, ½ inch thick (we used Nagano) |

1/2 apple granny smith, thinly sliced |
2 tbsp. olive oil, divided |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 slices white cheddar |
1 sprig of fresh rosemary |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Balsamumm original to taste |
Preparation
Using a sharp knife, make an incision in the meat, horizontally, from the bone to the sides, to form a cavity that will be stuffed.
Spread apple slices in each incision with 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a large saucepan, add crushed garlic and 1 tbsp. olive oil. Cover, and sear on medium-high heat 4 to 7 minutes on each side or according to the thickness of meat.
Add a slice of cheddar on each chop, cover and continue cooking 1 minutes.
Drizzle with Balsamumm and enjoy.
