Balsamumm Antipasto

3 pears cut into 2 lengthwise, cored |

1 tbsp. Balsamumm Bianco, + extra for drizzling |
100g arugula salad |
¼ cup fresh basil leaves |
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, + extra for drizzling |
1 tbsp. shredded lemon zests |
½ tbsp. lemon juice |
6 slices prosciutto |
2 x 100g buffalo mozzarellas |
Sea salt + cracked black pepper to taste |
Preparation
Preheat char grill pan over medium heat. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with Balsamumm Bianco and grill for 1-2 minutes each side or until charred. Brush again with Balsamumm Bianca, set aside.
Place arugula, basil, oil, lemon zests, juice and salt and pepper to taste in a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
On a wooden boards or platters place pears, prosciutto, salad and mozzarella. S
prinkle with fresh pepper and serve drizzled with extra Balsamumm Bianco and olive oil to taste and enjoy!
Tips, Tricks + Culinary ideas
Substitute
Replace prosciutto by regular ham, salami or other meats of your choice.
Suggestion
Replace the mozzarella with mini bocconcini, Parmesan slivers or a cheese from Quebec.
Idea
Replace arugula with watercress or any other lettuce of your choice.
