Seasoning |
100 g Gruyère cheese, grated |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 red pepper, sliced into cubes |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
4 chives, thinly sliced |
4 green onions, thinly sliced |
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
Prepare ingredients.
Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender. Drain. Place on a serving plate and smash using palm of your hand or a pilar.
Add seasonning ingredients evenly.
Finish with cheese, serve as side dish and enjoy!
