½ cup de dried cranberries |
½ cup sliced almonds |
For dressing |
¼ cup white balsamic |
¼ cup orange juice |
2 tbsp. honey |
Preparation
From the dressing, whisk together all ingredients to emulsify and set aside.
Clean and drain salad and cut in small pieces. Add cranberries and sliced almonds.
Mix in the dressing before serving.
