Melted camembert cheese and pear pastry with toasted pecans + Balsamumm Bianco
The combination of melted Camembert, pear, prosciutto, pecans and Balsamumm will send you straight to paradise. This recipe is amazingly delightful and too simple to do without. Serve this delight as appetizer to your guests with a good glass of wine and some crackers; they will be at your feet!

1 small Camembert or Brie |

4 filo pastry sheets |
2 slices prosciutto, minced |
1 egg |
1 pear, diced |
½ cup Pecans |

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
Spread a first filo on your work plan and brush with a little olive oil. Repeat the operation until the fourth filo sheet.
Place prosciutto and add Camembert with diced pear.
Fold the filo dough on each side. Turn and brush with beaten egg.
Bake about 18 minutes, check the cooking, the top should be golden brown.
Meanwhile, place the pecans in a small saucepan and roast over medium heat about 5-7 minutes or until golden. Coarsely crush with a mortar and set aside.
As soon as it is ready, remove Camembert from the oven. Wait at least 7-10 minutes before cutting (important).
Serve on a bed of Greens with toasted pecans, drizzle with Balsamumm and enjoy!
