Tomatoes & Basil bruschetta with Balsamumm drizzle
Bruschetta is generally served as an appetizer or tapas and are very popular. You can vary this bruschetta recipe by choosing your favorite topping; prosciutto, salami, ham, grilled cold chicken, arugula, fresh spinach, cilantro, avocado, Parmesan slivers, black olives, sun dried or cherry tomatoes etc… You can also melt cheese on top. Ideas are unlimited, its up to you to discovers new ideas.

2 tomatoes or 12 tomatoes slices |
Roasted garlic (see the recipe on our website) or fresh garlic cloves |
Fresh basil |

Preparation
Preheat oven at 500˚F.
Place bread slices on a Oven baking tray, roast bread on each side in the oven. You can also grilled your bread on the BBQ or use a toaster.
Slices tomatoes to obtain 12 slices (3 per slice of bread) or according to the size of bread slices.
Clean and prepare basilic leaves.
When bread is roasted on each sides, spread roasted garlic (see recipe) and olive oil mixture (see recipe) or use a fresh garlic clove cut in 2 and rub on roasted or grilled bread. Add a splash of Balsamumm, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Cut in 2 if needed and place on a serving dish.
Add a splash of JBalsamumm orogonal and serve right away.
