Spaghetti with slow roasted cherry tomato, pine nuts and fresh basil

300 g of John D’Angelo’s spaghetti |

2 cup of roasted cherry tomatoes (recipe on our website) |
1/4 tasse pine nuts |
Extra virgin olive oil |
Fresh basil |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Preparation
Fill a large pot of salted water, bring to boil. When water is boiling add salt and past, cook until al dente, about 4 minutes or depending on directions on the box.
Meanwhile, in large oven casserole dish add some olive oil with pine nuts and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add roasted cherry tomatoes (view recipe) and cook another minute. Mince fresh basil, keep some for decoration. Add minced basil to tomatoes.
When ready, add drained paste directly to the pan, mix well.
Transfer in a serving bowl and serve with fresh basil.
