1/2 cup of roasted cherry tomatoes (recipe on our site) |
1/2 red onion |
50 g shredded mozzarella |
2 cup arugula salad |
1/2 lemon |
Extra virgin olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
Preheat oven at 500˚F.
Place pizza bread on an oven plate and drizzle with olive oil. Add mozzarella cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes (view recipe), salt and pepper to taste. Cook in oven about 7 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine arugula salad with a splash of olive oil, add the juice of 1/2 lemo, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Mince onion, add to salad and mix well.
Remove pizza out from oven, transfert on serving plates, add arugula salade on top, serve and enjoy!
